A leading global outsourcing business is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join its UK HR team, supporting a division of approx 500 people.

In this high-impact role, the People Business Partner will work closely with operational leaders to drive people initiatives, strengthen management capability, and embed best HR practices that protect the brand and support business growth. Acting as a trusted adviser, coach, and change driver, they will ensure the people strategy directly supports overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities include: Serving as a go-to HR expert for operational managers, providing guidance on employee relations, absence management, and best practice. Leading TUPE processes from consultation through to contract accuracy checks and supporting both pre- and post-contract transitions. Driving organisational change initiatives in partnership with the People Director, ensuring the right skills are in place to support growth.
