People and Culture Partner, North Yorkshire C£45,000 - £55,000 pro rata Part-time, 3-4 days per week (on site)
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Partner who is looking to make a real impact within a values-driven manufacturing business in Selby. Reporting into the MD and partnering closely with the Operations Manager, the People & Culture Partner will be responsible for strengthening company culture, driving employee engagement and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day HR operations.
Key responsibilities: Lead the People agenda ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Provide expert guidance and support on ER issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values. Work closely with managers and team leaders to support them with their people needs. Promote learning and development opportunities for employees at all levels. Develop and communicate people policies and procedures in line with best practices and company values. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a HR or People Business Partner. CIPD Level 5 qualified desirable. A deep understanding of culture and engagement strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills....
