HR Change Advisor 6 months (potential for extension, but not beyond March 2026) Up to £41,242 per annum (pro-rata) Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in London)
Role Overview The HR Change Advisor will play a crucial support role in organisational restructure, focusing on data management, administrative support, and individual consultations. This role reports to the HR Change Business Partners and requires a detail-oriented individual comfortable with data and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR change-related data Use Excel, Smart Sheets, and MS Planner to track and report on change progress Ensure 100% accuracy in paperwork, including contractual changes and redundancy calculations Administrative Support: Manage calendars and create workflow schedules for the change process Draft and send communications to staff regarding change initiatives Prepare materials for consultation meetings and other change-related events Individual Consultations: Attend and support individual consultation meetings, potentially delivering difficult news Ensure all consultations are conducted in line wi...
