HR Advisor

Location: Fulham (fully office-based) Salary: £40,000

What You’ll Be Doing Managing the monthly payroll process Delivering on-site training and coaching to team members Maintaining and updating the HR database Supporting the implementation of employee benefits, including bonuses and pensions Ensuring HR policies and practices align with company standards and budget requirements Monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries at the site

About You: 3+ years’ experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role Hospitality sector experience is a strong plus Comfortable working in a standalone HR position and leading on-site HR initiatives Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approach Working towards (or already holding) a CIPD or similar ...
