People Advisor – Cultural Arts 9-Month FTC | Immediate Start | London-Based 2 - 3 days onsite £40K FT or £40K over 4 days dependant on experience

We’re partnering with a vibrant and inspiring Cultural Arts organisation to find them a brilliant People Advisor to join their small but mighty People team. This is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic, creative environment. Supporting a passionate workforce of 280+ staff and freelancers, you’ll be the go-to HR Advisor on the ground in London. This is a hands-on role with real variety – ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven settings.

What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as a true People Advisor across the board – from coaching managers through sensitive ER matters (think absences, PIPs, disciplinaries & grievances) to supporting conflict resolution and maintaining a positive culture.
