What You’ll Be Doing: Managing employee relations cases Leading end-to-end recruitment on site Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Coaching and up-skilling line managers Supporting various projects and initiatives Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases) Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential Why Apply?
