I am delighted to bring this exclusive role to the market, supporting a financial services business in recruiting an HRIS Implementation Manager. My client is on the hunt for a seasoned implementation strategist to own and drive the deployment of a transformative HR technology platform across their organisation. This role owns the full journey— starting with an RFP, strategising, mobilising, configuring, and embedding a new HR digital ecosystem that empowers teams and enhances operational efficiency. You’ll combine a deep understanding of HR operational frameworks with technical system fluency, guiding multiple stakeholders through complexity with clarity, precision, and pace. It’s important to mention that as much as you will utilise your project management skillset, this is a hands-on role where you will be rolling your sleeves up without relying on a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate market offerings via RFP to identify optimal digital tools for people operations
• Implement a new HR technology (HRIS) business-wide.
• Lead from concept to completion—establishing frameworks, shaping governance, and aligning operational priorities across business functions
• Construct and execute dynamic project roadmaps, aligning resources and timelines to delivery goals
• Facilitate partnerships with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure consistent collaboration
• Oversee the transformation of legacy data and configure modules to meet tailored workforce requirements
• Shape and deliver robust organisational readiness plans: comms, engagement, training, and behavioural change strategies
• Embed compliance by design, aligning the system architecture with regulatory and security standards
• Orchestrate testing environments, triage technical issues, and build out support models for long-term sustainability
• Deliver actionable insights and updates to executive sponsors and programme boards
• Demonstrated success in leading the rollout of enterprise-scale people platforms
• Expert-level knowledge of HR functional domains, including talent acquisition, workforce management, performance, and payroll
• Comfortable navigating system integration landscapes across HR, Finance, and Payroll ecosystems
• Skilled in mobilising business leaders and fostering adoption through compelling communication and engagement strategies

The role offers a competitive package of up to £100,000 p.a. on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
