My client is on the hunt for a seasoned implementation strategist to own and drive the deployment of a transformative HR technology platform across their organisation. This role owns the full journey— starting with an RFP, strategising, mobilising, configuring, and embedding a new HR digital ecosystem that empowers teams and enhances operational efficiency. You’ll combine a deep understanding of HR operational frameworks with technical system fluency, guiding multiple stakeholders through complexity with clarity, precision, and pace. It’s important to mention that as much as you will utilise your project management skillset, this is a hands-on role where you will be rolling your sleeves up without relying on a team of analysts.
