building a supportive, high-performance culture; The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, P&C Business Partners and Hiring Managers to implement the UEL Talent Acquisition Strategy. The TA function is tasked with identifying, sourcing, pre-assessing, and hiring talent for current and future roles, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for the organisation.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a change agent for conceptualising and driving a new wave of proactive talent sourcing, sharing new practices and behaviours among the People & Culture community, ensuring a strategic approach to anticipating & filling staffing needs.
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You work closely with hiring managers to create role profiles, define sourcing strategies, and implement effective assessment tools. You are skilled at building pipelines of active and passive talent through diverse channels. You also provide guidance and training to ensure legal compliance and consistency in recruitment practices. With oversight of TA support staff and external suppliers, you ensure alignment with policies and strategic goals. Data-driven and improvement-focused, you use insights to enhance outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
