:This apprenticeship is part of The Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme and is a programme sponsored by Thames Water to address the skills gaps within their supply chain. The scheme features a compulsory industry rotation to enable apprentices to get experience in different environments and boost the chances of further employment in the sector.The Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are looking for a HR Support Apprentice in the Hemel Hempstead area.HR support apprentices assist in daily administrative and human resources duties in an organisation. They play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Duties may include:Providing policy guidance, offering information on company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication.Assist in recruitment, including job postings, initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR departmentSupport performance management, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.Coordinate HR-related training programs, workshops and seminarsEnsure compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in legal employment matters.Participate in initiatives to develop and nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Maintain accurate and secure employee records and documentation.K10 are a disability confident employer, who are proud to support apprentices in the workplace and at college. It will be advantageous if you already have previous related work experience or completed HR/CIPD related qualifications, but certainly not essential.Key Training/College InformationK10 will enrol you to the Level 3 HR Support course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.On completion of this Apprenticeship, you may be eligible to apply for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or any other professional body that recognises this apprenticeship within its membership criteria.The apprenticeship duration is 18 months.EligibilityTo start this apprenticeship, youll need to be:Living in England for the last 3 years and have right to work statusNot enrolled on any other courses18+ due to site H&S rulesMust drive and have access to their own vehicleWho We AreWe are UKs largest construction-specific Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency.
