The scheme features a compulsory industry rotation to enable apprentices to get experience in different environments and boost the chances of further employment in the sector.The Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are looking for a HR Support Apprentice in the Hemel Hempstead area.HR support apprentices assist in daily administrative and human resources duties in an organisation. They play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Duties may include:Providing policy guidance, offering information on company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication.Assist in recruitment, including job postings, initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR departmentSupport performance management, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.Coordinate HR-related training programs, workshops and seminarsEnsure compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in legal employment matters.Participate in initiatives to develop and nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Maintain accurate and secure employee records and documentation.K10 are a disability confident employer, who are proud to support apprentices in the workplace and at college.
