The scheme features a compulsory industry rotation to enable apprentices to get experience in different environments and boost the chances of further employment in the sector. The Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme are looking for a HR Support Apprentice in the Hemel Hempstead area. HR support apprentices assist in daily administrative and human resources duties in an organisation. They play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Duties may include: Providing policy guidance, offering information on company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating communication. Assist in recruitment, including job postings, initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
