A dynamic and acquisitive insurance business is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People Manager to join its high-performing HR function. This is a pivotal strategic role, reporting directly to the People Director and leading the People Advisory Team and People Operations.

As People Manager, youll be responsible for delivering a proactive, compliant, and high-quality HR service across the organisation. You'll oversee employee relations, policy implementation, benefits schemes, payroll operations, and people processeswhile ensuring excellence in employee experience and alignment with business goals.

This is a role for a strong HR leader with a collaborative approach, operational rigour, and the ability to guide through change.
