Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to make a real impact in a growing business? My client is looking for a creative and dedicated HR Manager to lead their people strategy. In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive a positive and high-performing workplace culture whilst ensuring compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with current employment law and best practiceManage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring safer recruitment standards are metOversee employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution processesLead performance management systems to drive high performance and staff developmentSupport managers with HR advice, guidance, and administrationMonitor staff wellbeing and promote an inclusive, positive workplace cultureManage HR systems and ensure data protection (GDPR) complianceOversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy in line with company policiesTrack staff turnover, absence, and retention, providing insights and improvement plansMaintain accurate HR records, reports, and budgetsRepresent the company at meetings, recruitment events, and within the local communityThe ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience in managing employee relations and complex caseworkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismBe highly organised with strong time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a teamExperience within Early Years or education settings (this would be desirable)In return for your hard work and commitment to the role my client are able to offer a role in which you can truly add value and influence the business, a supportive leadership team and a collaborative working environment.Please note it is essential that you are able to drive for this role as you will be required to travel to sites across the North West (predominantly around the Manchester area).Please send your CV for immediate consideration.JBRP1_UKTJ
