Location: Newport, NP19 4SL
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Rota’d shifts, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30)

Our Client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across our growing organisation. Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and support on complex HR matters
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance cases
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records
* Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with organisational strategy
* Analyse and report on HR metrics to support informed business decisions
* Contribute to senior‑level HR strategy discussions and implementation plans
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, including people or HR management responsibility
* Experience working within an organisation of 50+ employees
* CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or currently working towards)
* Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulatory changes
* High levels of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
