Location: Home-based/remote with national travel

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
The Role
A large, complex care organisation is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple business units.
This role will work closely with senior leaders, delivering commercially focused HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and embed the people strategy across assigned divisions
* Provide expert, pragmatic advice on complex employee relations issues
* Lead organisational change initiatives including TUPE, restructures, and reorganisations
* Drive performance management and attendance processes
* Lead and develop HR Officers within the division
* Design and deliver HR training for managers and operational teams
* Produce and analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external advisors
* Ensure policies, procedures, and practices remain compliant and up to date
About You
* CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent senior HR experience)
* Proven experience operating at HRBP level in a multi-site environment ideally within the care industry
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE and ER processes
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders
* Commercial, solutions-focused, and resilient
* Willingness to travel nationally as required
