Supporting the SLT team with HR data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting SOP’s and SLA reporting
- Reporting MI for HR data audits
- Creating reporting dashboards fit for purpose from scratch
- Employee lifecycle reporting
- SMCR process coordination and support
- Headcount reporting
- Dealing with 1st and 2nd line employee queries
- Offer letters and contracts
- Setting up of new starters
- Arranging inductions
- Cascading HR policies
Required Skills
Advanced Excel
Experience within Banking / Financial Services
