Supporting the SLT team with HR data analytics.



Responsibilities


  • Managing and supporting SOP’s and SLA reporting
  • Reporting MI for HR data audits
  • Creating reporting dashboards fit for purpose from scratch
  • Employee lifecycle reporting
  • SMCR process coordination and support
  • Headcount reporting
  • Dealing with 1st and 2nd line employee queries
  • Offer letters and contracts
  • Setting up of new starters
  • Arranging inductions
  • Cascading HR policies
