Description
Provide HR advice and support to staff and management in line with company policies. Assist in managing recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Address employee relations matters, including handling queries and resolving issues professionally. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance organisational efficiency. Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR policies and procedures as required. Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of daily HR operations.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the education sector. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
