Role: HR Advisor
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance (pro rata)
Start Date : April 2026
Location: Remote with Travel
Your Role
To provide a comprehensive advisory service in line with the organisations Service Level Agreement (SLA) to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in the management of its staff in line with employment law.
Supporting, influencing and guiding managers on all aspects of HR in line with business objectives.
To support, guide and coach Operations and Service managers with all HR/ER related queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and they are applied fairly and consistently across the organisation within the parameters of employment law.
Maintain up to date employment law knowledge.
Understand and mitigate any risk to the organisation and escalate to the appropriate person accordingly.
