Eaton Syalon are exclusively supporting a well-established, fast-growing SME that has doubled in headcount over the last five years to hire a HR Advisor/HR Generalist.
Reporting into the HR Manager, youll join a small, collaborative HR team where youll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from advisory and casework through to projects, policy review, process improvement and supporting operational teams on a day-to-day basis.
If you enjoy variety, being close to the business, and working with a wide-ranging employee population this is the kind of role where youll thrive.
This role will suit: An established HR Advisor who enjoys a broad, generalist remit in a smaller business Or someone stepping into their first HR Advisor role having gained strong experience in a HR Support role
The Role
