HR Administrator Based in North London Temp 8 week contract Hybrid Working - 3 days in 2 from home £21.63-£28.73 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a wide range of HR cases, including absence management, performance issues, and disciplinary matters Provide timely and accurate HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle Handle high volumes of queries and casework efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ensure all HR processes are followed in line with company policy and employment legislation Support HR colleagues and managers with ongoing case management and documentationRequirements:

Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role Strong experience handling high-volume HR casework Working knowledge of absence management, performance, and disciplinary procedures Ability to quickly adapt and "hit the ground running" Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWorking Pattern:
