Job Description
Your Role Includes:
- Managing employee records and documentation
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handling HR queries and maintaining compliance standards
- Ensuring timely updates in Cascade HR systems
- Assisting with reports and data analysis for HR metrics

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a strong administrative background
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with HR systems-Cascade experience is a bonus!
- A team player who's eager to grow and learn
