Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring all records are accurately maintained. Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing contracts and organising induction materials. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures in a timely manner. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Support payroll processes by collating and verifying relevant information. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programmes. Assist in organising recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence. Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and processes by providing constructive feedback.Profile
