Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader to work in the Leicestershire area, this is a hybrid working role, in a progressive organisation. This opportunity has arisen due to a restructure and is an exciting opportunity for the right Housing candidate.

Key responsibilities of Housing Team Leader

Providing line management to a small team of Tenancy Officers
Allocating and monitoring the workload of Housing Officers and Assistants
Dealing with shared-owners, landlords and leaseholders in regards to low level ASB and estate management
Managing a caseload across a geographical patchRequired skills and experience of the Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader

Greater knowledge of Housing legislation
Ability to offer guidance and support
Previous experience of working in the Housing sector in a Housing Association or Local Authority (specifically dealing with Tenancy Management and Housing)Please contact Ebony Simpson for further information on the Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader.
