Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader to work in the Leicestershire area, this is a hybrid working role, in a progressive organisation. This opportunity has arisen due to a restructure and is an exciting opportunity for the right Housing candidate.

Key responsibilities of Housing Team Leader

Providing line management to a small team of Tenancy Officers Allocating and monitoring the workload of Housing Officers and Assistants Dealing with shared-owners, landlords and leaseholders in regards to low level ASB and estate management Managing a caseload across a geographical patchRequired skills and experience of the Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader
