Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What youll do Customer group Adult Social Care Customers

Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.

Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.

Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.

Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales.

Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.
