Housing Management Coordinator Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm Cornwall - Camborne We are unable to offer CoS for this role Home, a place where you belong As our Housing and Property expert, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What youll do Customer group

Adult Social Care Customers

Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.

Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.

Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.

Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales.

Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.

Know-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.

Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners

The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds, whilst being able to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to your colleagues

A can do positive attitude, youre proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.

Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups

You will mainly work in one service but may need to cover others so youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!

Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
