You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across key areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, linen and uniform services, ensuring every detail reflects the hotel’s exceptional standards. Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, you’ll help implement innovative approaches to housekeeping while ensuring efficiency and cost control. You’ll provide guidance, support, and leadership to a diverse team, maintaining a seamless guest experience across all areas. *About You* * Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel of comparable size * Fluency in written and spoken English * Familiarity with Opera PMS and housekeeping management systems * A strong understanding of housekeeping operations, including laundry processes * Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Organisational strength and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment * A professional, polished appearance and confidence when engaging with high-profile guests * The resilience to manage varied working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays * A genuine desire to grow and develop your career within luxury hospitality If you take pride in precision, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are motivated by creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
