Are you passionate about food ,drink and service ,want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner?  We are looking for a Hospitality Sous Chef to join our team in London. 

Location: London, EC4N 6AF

Salary: £41,600 per annum (overtime paid at 1.5 for events)

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver breakfast, lunch, and weekly evening events, including buffets, bowl food, canapés, and formal fine dining
• Focus on hospitality and the private partners' lounge, with occasional support in retail areas
• Support service across 600-800 covers daily, with 100-200 in hospitality
• Work within a team of 12 chefs and 5 kitchen porters, reporting to the Hospitality Head Chef
• Create and develop menus in line with client and customer needs
• Produce high-quality food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service
• Ensure all dishes are consistently presented to a high, "picture perfect" standard
• Contribute to new service styles and innovative food concepts
• Maintain clear and effective communication within the team

What we are looking for:

• Experience within a restaurant or high-end contract catering environment (fine dining focus)
• A passion for creating innovative and high-quality food
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A proactive and team-focused approach
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders
