We're recruiting a Hospitality Sous Chef to support a flagship contract catering venue in London. This is a high-quality B&I operation with a strong focus on premium hospitality, including chef's table dining and high-end events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Hospitality Sous Chef with Michelin or fine dining experience looking to move into a structured, Monday–Friday environment while still delivering exceptional food.

Up to £42,000 per annum
Monday to Friday operation
Finish no later than 5:00pm

The role
Support the Head Chef in delivering premium hospitality and daily food offer.
Lead high-end chef's table experiences and refined dining events.
Oversee hospitality preparation and execution to Michelin-level standards.
Support day-to-day kitchen operations across B&I service and events.
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
Assist with ordering, stock control, food cost and compliance.
The Sous Chef
Proven experience as a Sous Chef within contract catering or hospitality-led B&I sites.
Strong Michelin or fine dining background if possible.
Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
