Location: Kettering area, Northamptonshire Reporting to: National Hire & Sales Manager Salary: £36k Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible between 07:00 – 18:00). Additional hours may be required to fulfil the needs of the role. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy hire operation, leading a team and ensuring excellent service delivery across the UK. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day hire activities, supporting customers, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities As Hire Manager, you will: Work collaboratively with the Hire Desk team to support hire operations nationwide Manage the day-to-day activity of a hire department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee all aspects of short-term hire including scheduling, customer communication, transport bookings, quotations, and invoicing Lead and support the team to ensure all hire administration is accurate and completed on time Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier...
