Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Greenwich - £110-£130 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant - HLTA qualification or equivalent experience required
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN required
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Must be confident leading lessons and supporting behaviour
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant Seeking an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons, lead small group sessions and occasionally cover classes in the absence of the teacher. The role involves supporting learning, behaviour and communication, contributing to EHCP targets and maintaining a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment.
