This is a key role within the school, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across EYFS and Key Stage 1 within a well-structured, forward-thinking environment.

The role:

Delivering high-quality lessons and covering classes across EYFS and KS1
Supporting teachers with planning, assessment, and curriculum delivery
Leading targeted interventions, particularly in phonics, early reading, and writing
Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including those with SEN
Maintaining excellent classroom standards and behaviour expectations
Working closely with class teachers, phase leaders, and senior leadershipThe ideal candidate will:

Hold HLTA status or a recognised Level 4 qualification
Bring substantial experience within EYFS and/or Key Stage 1
Have a strong track record of supporting and leading whole-class learning
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and a confident classroom presence
Have a secure understanding of early years development and KS1 expectations
Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamThe school offers:
