About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor ready to take the next step into management within a fast-paced FMCG production environment. This is a key role supporting the Factory and Technical Management teams to ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance are maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure food safety, authenticity, product integrity, and quality standards are maintained in line with legislation and internal codes of practice. Oversee daily production schedules and ensure efficient and accurate completion. Evaluate the performance of supervisors and team leaders, providing guidance and support where required. Monitor stock levels to ensure production targets are met. Liaise with supervisors/team leaders to manage quality issues and maintain standards. Lead and support training and retraining activities for production staff. Maintain traceability and residual control systems. Drive continuous improvement in hygiene, housekeeping, and process control. Investigate non-conformances or process deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
