Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Up To £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Stockport SK6.

About The Company:

Established in 1950, they are a 4th generation family run business that helps clients from various sectors to transport their heavy loads across the UK and Europe. Whether they need them for one trip or to completely project manage their transportation requirements from start to finish.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced HGV Class 1 Heavy Haulage Driver to join their team.

About The Role:

For this Heavy Haulage Driver role, the company are looking for an experienced haulage driver with a full UK driving licence, certified to C1 or C category.

You should also be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have experience of working in a similar role with heavy/over length/width loads.

You will be expected to work Mon –Fri with 3-4 nights out per week and there will be some weekend work available.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience with heavy/over length/width loads advantage but full training will be given

* Plant experience using flats and step frames

* Ideally experience with movement orders and long/wide loads

* Full, clean UK driving licence

* C1/C qualified

Candidates with previous experience and job titles of; Low Loader and STGO work Working with Escorts and Movement orders, HGV Class 1, Trucking.
