Are you a current Health & Safety Manager looking for your next challenge?\n\nWould you like to be part of a globally respected business?\n\nAnd are you someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ‘hands-on’ approach?\n\nWe’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of all health and safety across the Warwickshire site. This is a standalone, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Board and staff at all levels to ensure a safe, compliant and positive working environment. If you’re an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator ready to step up and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n \nLead health & safety across the business, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies. \nAct as the first point of contact for all H&S queries, providing clear advice to staff and managers.

\nKeep policies, procedures and risk assessments up to date and aligned with legislation. \nMonitor performance through audits, inspections and KPIs, report findings to the Board. \nInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

\nManage core safety areas including waste, fire, COSHH, machinery, first aid and DSE. \nDeliver training, inductions and awareness programmes to staff and contractors. \nOversee contractor safety, permits to work and external audits.

\nMaintain accurate safety records, documentation and compliance systems. \nLiaise with regulators, auditors and external advisors as required. Key Skills & Experience\n \nNEBOSH Level 3 General Certificate (or equivalent) with substantial hands-on experience as a Health & Safety Manager.

\nStrong practical familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 safety requirements. \nKnowledgeable in UK health and safety legislation and proficient in conducting risk assessments. \nExcellent communicator with the capability to engage and influence multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Information:\n \nMonday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-1:30pm. \nCompetitive salary. \n22 days annual leave increasing to 32 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
