If you can hold a section like a symphony and make excellence feel effortless, this is your stage.
Key Responsibilities
Run your section with poise, pace, and unwavering attention to detail.
Anticipate guest needs and elevate their experience through subtle, seamless service.
Support and guide junior team members lead cleanly, without ego.
Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH to maintain impeccable flow and timing.
Hold pressure with grace, adjusting tone and rhythm to match the rooms needs.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
A natural conductor poised, present, steady under pressure.
Ideally 2 years of fine dining or Michelin-level experience.
Mastery of table pacing, guest flow, and the subtleties that shape five-star service.
Confidence running a section solo or stepping into leadership when the room calls for it.
Emotional maturity able to take feedback, hold tension, and recalibrate mid-shift.
