The Role - Head Teacher

A specialist SEMH secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Teacher to lead the school from September. As Head Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management of the school.

The successful Head Teacher will lead a team of teachers, mentors, and support staff to deliver a high-quality curriculum while maintaining a strong focus on behaviour, wellbeing, and student progress. You will ensure that students with SEMH needs are supported both academically and emotionally, creating a safe and structured environment where they can thrive.
