Head Sushi Chef Monday to Friday Corporate Catering City of London £55k per annum A corporate site in the City of London is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head Sushi Chef to create stunning Nigiri, Maki, Uramaki (inside-out rolls), Sashimi, Temaki, and Inari for their clientele through a 2 day pop up service plus hospitality throughout Monday to Friday producing around 550/600 pieces per day.
