A corporate site in the City of London is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head Sushi Chef to create stunning Nigiri, Maki, Uramaki (inside-out rolls), Sashimi, Temaki, and Inari for their clientele through a 2 day pop up service plus hospitality throughout Monday to Friday producing around 550/600 pieces per day.
There are evening events throughout the week and if you work you will be paid a substantial overtime rate
The salary for this Head Sushi Chef position is paying £55k per annum and working Monday to Friday only on a 40 hour contract with paid overtime
