We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Head of Year to join this outstanding high school from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to take on a key pastoral leadership role while continuing to inspire students through teaching in their subject area.

About the Role: Head of Year - Outstanding High School This is a teaching position with added Head of Year responsibilities. Your timetable will be adjusted to allow for your pastoral duties. While previous Head of Year experience is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applications from experienced teachers who are ready to step into a leadership role.

Be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge. Demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents in a supportive and caring manner. Be a confident problem-solver and a proactive team player.
