About the Role: Head of Year - Outstanding High School
This is a teaching position with added Head of Year responsibilities. Your timetable will be adjusted to allow for your pastoral duties. While previous Head of Year experience is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applications from experienced teachers who are ready to step into a leadership role.
The Ideal Candidate Will: Head of Year - Outstanding High School
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge.
Demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents in a supportive and caring manner.
Be a confident problem-solver and a proactive team player.
Work collaboratively with the pastoral team, year tutors, and senior leaders to foster a culture of high expectations and academic excellence.We are looking for a teacher who is not only skilled in their subject but also driven to make a genuine impact on students' personal and academic development.
