Lead and develop a new Temporary & Interim Recruitment division. Set strategy and processes to drive growth and performance. Build and mentor a specialist recruitment team. Leverage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities across Yorkshire. Ensure compliance, service excellence, and commercial success.

A senior recruitment consultant seeking a leadership role. A recruitment manager or team leader seeking more autonomy and strategic input.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven success in recruitment (temporary or interim experience preferred). Strong commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills. Leadership experience or clear potential to lead. Confidence and ambition to build a function from scratch.
