This role is perfect for: A Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a leadership role. A Recruitment Manager or Team Leader seeking more autonomy and strategic input. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven success in recruitment (temporary or interim experience preferred). Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
