Remote first but there are monthly team meet ups in London


Ignite are excited to be partnering with a fast‑growing FMCG brand in the search for a Head of Supply Chain. This is a pivotal role in a business scaling rapidly, expanding its channel footprint, and pushing hard on operational excellence. They are looking for a supply chain leader who can own the full end‑to‑end operation, from production planning and supplier management to fulfilment, stock, quality and continuous improvement.


Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Commercial and external manufacturers to ensure products are made, moved and delivered with exceptional service, cost efficiency and reliability.


You will take responsibility for production planning, raw material management, international supplier relationships, 3PL performance, inventory accuracy, stock control, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and the development of scalable processes that support future growth.

What skills do you need?

⭐️ Proven experience in FMCG supply chain management, ideally within a fast‑scaling or omni‑channel brand

⭐️ Strong production planning, forecasting and material management capability

⭐️ Experience managing suppliers, co‑manufacturers and 3PL partners

⭐️ Solid understanding of quality standards, technical requirements and regulatory compliance

⭐️ Strong commercial awareness, cost control, margin tracking and operational budgeting

⭐️ Confident working cross‑functionally and influencing across teams

⭐️ Highly organised, process‑driven and solutions‑focused

⭐️ Experience leading a team and building a high‑performing supply chain function
