We’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale our end-to-end global supply chain operations across the UK and US. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of procurement, manufacturing partnerships, logistics, and inventory strategy—playing a critical part in supporting growth and product innovation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

• Define and deliver a scalable, high-performing global supply chain strategy
• Build strong partnerships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers
• Create a resilient, flexible network to support growth and new product launches

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management
• Develop and manage a high-quality, diversified supplier base
• Drive supplier performance, quality, and continuous improvement

Cost & Operational Performance

• Own cost visibility and drive cost optimisation initiatives
• Improve forecasting, planning, and supply chain efficiency
• Optimise inventory to balance availability, cost, and cash flow

Logistics & Distribution

• Oversee international logistics across the UK, US, and global markets
• Manage freight, warehousing, and distribution strategy
• Enhance delivery performance and reduce logistics costs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Commercial, Finance, and R&D teams to support product launches
• Align demand planning, production, and supply capabilities
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations
• Strong background in procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract management
• Experience managing international suppliers and logistics networks
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience across cross-functional teams
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to the United States (30%).

Preferred:

• Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, or consumer goods
• Exposure to US contract manufacturing
• Background in high-growth or scaling businesses
