Our client is a leading player in the Supply and Installation of Coffee Machines to commercial businesses. Join this reputable, family run company as their Head of Sales , and take them to their next level of growth. Based in their offices in either Essex ( with travel to their office in Norwich) you will lead and manage the sales team. This includes planning strategy, monitoring and reporting on team activity, and the recruitment and onboarding of your team. You will also support the team to close orders, spending time with customers to win the deal As Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in guiding, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will be expected to work with the leadership team on developing the company strategy, establishing goals, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, strategic thinker, and passionate about delivering results.
