Head of Sales

Salary: Up to £65,000 + car allowance + performance bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Field-based
Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK and European manufacturer within the industrial and construction sector, looking for an experienced Head of Sales to develop and grow their industrial projects division .
This senior role will lead UK sales strategy, drive project-led growth, and build strong relationships across end users, specifiers, contractors, and trade partners. Youll work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver the UK industrial projects sales strategy
Build and manage a strong pipeline of project opportunities
Drive revenue growth and margin improvement
Develop key customer and contractor relationships
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
Provide accurate forecasting and commercial reporting
About You:
Senior sales leadership experience within industrial doors, building products, or construction
Strong track record in project-based sales growth
Excellent commercial, leadership, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and using CRM systems
