Position: Head of Sales-UK
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and actions
- Coordinate with local partners to negotiate and close agreements with fleet customers
- Coordinate with local partner to develop local sales network to achieve sales targets, make sure that the new dealership meet Xpeng standard;
- Monitor and analyze sales & dealership performance and suggest improvements;
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Local partner;
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and forecasts;
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure related sales members are on board;
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience to develop networks in the automobile industry
- Proven work experience managing fleet sales orders in the UK
- Knowledge of local sales process, sales channels, sales policy and related taxation regulation
- Experience managing dealership network in automobile industry
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
