Ignite are delighted to be working with a hugely popular and fast growth challenger brand. The business has been performing extremely well over the last 12-18 months and are now looking to hire a NEW Head of Performance Marketing to have responsibility for the entire growth engine, covering Paid Social, Website & Amazon sales, Creative testing, Retention strategies and new channel expansion.

The business has some very exciting expansion plans, both in retail and online so we truly believe this is a unique opportunity for someone to join a fast-growth omni-channel brand and make a real name for themselves.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️A minimum of 7 years Performance / Growth marketing experience, ideally for an FMCG start-up/scale-up.

⭐️Experience working for an omni-channel brand would be beneficial.

⭐️Ideally you would have worked for a brand in the £5m - £20m range.

⭐️Excellent knowledge of Meta/TikTok/YouTube ads is very important.

⭐️Proven team management credentials is important, as you'll build a department underneath you (exisiting team of 3 direct reports, but growing)
