About IncardIncard's mission is to build the financial operating system for entrepreneurs.We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer.Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves.The RoleWe're looking for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own Incard's growth engine end-to-end.This is a hands‑on, execution‑first leadership role at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, product, and experimentation. You will be responsible for building repeatable, scalable acquisition channels and turning Incard into a category‑defining product for digital businesses.This is not a brand‑only or agency‑management role. It's an operator role, with full ownership of growth outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Performance OwnershipOwn Incard's growth strategy across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisationBuild and scale repeatable growth loops with a strong focus on ROI and paybackOperate with founder‑level ownership over resultsAcquisition & DistributionOwn and scale Incard's acquisition channels, including:Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, YouTube; TikTok where relevant)SEO & content‑driven growthPartnerships, affiliates, and communitiesFounder‑led and ecosystem‑driven growthPrioritise scalable, defensible channels over short‑term winsDecide where and when to invest paid spend based on clear performance signalsExperimentation & OptimisationBuild a continuous experimentation framework across ads, funnels, offers, and landing pagesTranslate insights into high‑performing creative angles and messagingKill what doesn't work quickly; double down on what scalesAnalytics, Tracking & MeasurementOwn growth analytics and performance trackingDefine and monitor core KPIs, including:CAC, LTV, payback periodActivation and cohort retentionFeature adoption and conversionBuild a clean, reliable attribution and tracking stackEnsure all growth decisions are data‑backedCreative & Product CollaborationWork closely with Product, Design, and Brand to:Turn product features into acquisition and retention leversAlign growth messaging with real product valueYou don't design assets yourself, but you know what convertsTeam & LeadershipStart hands‑on, then progressively build and lead a high‑performing Growth teamCollaborate closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and LeadershipSet a high bar for execution, ownership, and velocityWhat We're Looking ForExperience5-10+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition rolesProven track record scaling growth at a high‑growth startup or scale‑upStrong experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or platform businessesHands‑on experience managing significant paid media budgetsExperience scaling products from early traction to meaningful revenueSkills & MindsetDeep analytical and data‑driven mindsetStrong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle marketingProduct‑oriented thinker with strong execution skillsComfortable working cross‑functionally with Product, Data, and EngineeringHigh ownership, high standards, low egoNice to HaveExperience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructureFamiliarity with Shopify, Stripe, or e‑commerce ecosystemsExperience scaling across multiple European marketsBackground in category creation or early market positioningFluent or professional‑level French (strong plus, given our ecosystem and influencer partnerships)LocationThis role can be based in London or Paris, with hybrid work.We value in‑person collaboration and regularly bring teams together, while maintaining flexibility when needed.BenefitsCompetitive cash‑based compensationIncard stock options25 days of paid time off per year, plus bank holidays and your birthday offGlobal health insurance and unlimited paid sick leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
